Take a pot,add 1/2 kg mutton,saute into ginger garlic paste.

Add onions and water.

Place it into medium flame. when onion becomes dissolved

When onion becomes dissolved, check mutton.

Mutton should be tender also,then add tomatoes and potatoes

Wait for 15 minutes then add oil.

When oil separates and visible from side corners,add green chilies.

Add required water amount and wait for complete one boil.

When complete one boil done add hara dhania for garnishing.

Aloo gosht is ready to eat.
