  • 1 kgpotatoes
  • as per tasteSalt to taste
  • as required Oil for deep frying

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes. Wash and drain the water.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil. Cut the potatoes in to long thin pieces.

  3. 3

    Then deep fry the potatoes in high flame.

  4. 4

    Fry nicely and remove it from the oil.

    Then rub it with salt and have it with sauce.
