Ingredients

  1. 1medium sweet potato
  2. 1medium purple potato
  3. 250 gbroccoli
  4. 1medium carrot
  5. 1green pepper
  6. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  7. 1 tspchicken bouillon
  8. 200 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut all the vegetables into small equal sizes. Start by boiling the potatoes for about 10 minutes, then add the broccoli, carrot, green pepper. Stir, cover and allow to cook for few minutes.

    Add chicken bouillon and oyster sauce to the cooking pan and stir properly. Add more water if desired and allow to thicken to preferred consistency.
