Ingredients

About 20 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. 2 cupsall-purpose flour (250 grams)
  2. 4eggs
  3. 2 1/2 tablespoonssugar (30 grams)
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 3 1/2 tablespoonsmelted butter (50 grams)
  6. Oil for cooking
  7. 1 3/4 cupsmilk (450 ml)

Steps

About 20 minutes
  1. 1

    Melt the butter in the microwave and warm the milk until just lukewarm (this helps prevent lumps).

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.

  3. 3

    Add the eggs and melted butter, then gradually whisk in the milk to avoid lumps.

  4. 4

    Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Heat a well-oiled crepe pan or nonstick skillet over high heat. Pour in some batter using a ladle.

  6. 6

    Cook the crepes on high heat on each side until golden brown.
