  • Sauce
  • 3-4 clovesGarlic
  • 1/3 cupsoy sauce
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 2 tbspTahini
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 tbspWhite wine vinegar
  • 1 tbspSesame oil
  • The rest
  • Hokkien noodles
  • Beef strips 500g
  • Flour
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Onion powder
  • stripsCarrot
  • Snap peas
  • Toppings
  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onions

    Heat pan. Brown sesame seeds.

  2. 2

    Mix sauce ingredients.

  3. 3

    Coat beef strips in flour, onion powder and cayenne pepper. Batch fry beef strips for 2 min. Keep browning's in pan.

  4. 4

    Steam snap peas and keep water.

  5. 5

    Cook noodles to packet instructions in leftover snap pea water.

  6. 6

    Simmer sauce. Combine beef and veg. Add toppings.
