Steps

Wash and rinse okra. Remove the top and the tail.Heat oil on medium fire in a thick bottom pan. Saute okra in oil. Turn okra time to time, take care okra doesn't stick to the bottom.Cook till tender

Blend onions, ginger and garlic to make a fine paste.

In a pot add 1/4 cup oil, add whole spices and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then add onion paste. Sauté for 4-5 minutes.

Add meat and spices(1tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, salt to taste and garam masala powder) mix it well.

Add 1 cup water and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the meat is tender.(you can also pressure cook it)

Meat is tender now add 125 g yogurt. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Cook until the water dries out and oil comes on the top.

Sprinkle some garam masala powder.Garnish with green chilies and cilantro. Serve with garma garam chapati or naan.😊
