Fry slice onions in oil till pink. Then add whole garam masala fry then ginger garlic paste

I dnt chop tomato rather add tomato in blender & give a quick shake to make tomatoes roughly chop or blend.you can add chop tomatoes

Add mince in oil fry for 5-10 min then add spices and fry. Then add blended tomatoes. Mix well cover & let it cook at medium flame till moisture is absorbed & mince is almost done.

Add potatoes cut in cubes with half cup of water & cook till potatoes are tender and mince is well fried

Add chop green chillies and fresh coriander on top. Serve hot with roti or naan
