Ingredients

  • 1large pineapple
  • 2 cupsginger chunks
  • 1/2 tspginger powder
  • Sugar to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the ginger root until smooth. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Wash the pineapple, peel and rinse it before cutting into chunks. Blend until very smooth with the powder.

  3. 3

    Pour into the blended ginger.

    Add water to the mixture and stir. Sieve and add in sugar. Refrigerate.

    Serve.
