Heat oil and sautay cumin seeds in it

Add ginger garlic paste and sautay

Add all dry spices mix for few seconds

Add whisked yogurt in masal and mix well

Cook till masala release oil

Now add sliced brinjal and mix with masala

Add some water if needed and cover the lid

Cook till masala becomes thickened and brinjal becom soft

Mix gently and dish out

Serve with rice, chapati or khitchdi
