Steps

In a pot put oil,add onions and fry until light golden.

Add tomatoes,all spiced and 1/2 cup water and cook for 10-15 mins.

Add meat, ginger garlic paste and 2 cups water. Cook until meat is half done.

Add carrots and cook well until meat and carrots are done. Adjust consistency, add some water and cook,add green chillies.

Garnish with garam masala powder and dhania.
