Mix ghee and flour properly then mix other ingredients and make a tight dough and make equal balls. Let it rest for an hour at least

For stuffing.

Het oil then add jeera, Hing and ginger chilli paste.

Then add add all the ingredients and prepare the stuffing and let it cool down

Roll the dough balls like a little thick roti

Cut it into half and fold it like a cone and fill the stuffing inside and behind give a pinch and seal it giving it a samosa shape

The heat the oil and fry them till crispy golden brown. Enjoy it.
