Peel Raw Turmeric and Onions

Boil Peas and Carrot. Strain and Remove excess water.

Take oil in a kadai and saute your onions till half cooked. Add Capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.

Take ghee in a kadai.Add diced raw turmeric and cook stirring continuously on medium low flame for 2 minutes

Add curd and dry masalas to tomato puree.

After 2 minutes add Onion Capsicum, boiled peas and carrot to the kadai. Cook on medium low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add salt, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Mix properly.

Add the tomato puree and cook on low flame stirring continuously.

Let it simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.Add lemon juice. Mix properly.

Raw Turmeric Subji is ready to serve. Enjoy it with Paratha/Roti/Rice
