First in a mixing bowl take flour add salt and oil.mix well add required water to make a soft dough.cover and keep aside for ten minutes.

In a pan add 1 tsp oil,add cumin seeds saute few seconds then add sliced onion and tomato saute on high flame for 1 minute then add capsicum carrot and cabbage add garlic paste and all spices and salt saute on high flame for 2-3 minutes,add ketchup and sauce mix well. Cook for a minute.turn off the flame.let it cool down completely

Take dough make equal size balls.take one ball dust some flour on rolling board and roll the ball as a thin roti.roll all balls like that.heat a tawa bake lightly all roti from both sides.

In a bowl,take curd and add green chutney with it.mix nicely.take one roti apply 1 tsp this curd mixture on roti.add little bit schezwan chutney spread evenly.put the cooked veggies mixture on one corner of roti.then roll it and make a roll.

Prepare all rolls and serve with curd dip and sauce.
