Steps

Add ½ cup oil in a karahi then add blanched palak (spinach) and fry.

Now in another karahi add ½ cup oil and fry chopped onions till golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook till brown too. Then add chicken and bhoonify till the water of chicken evaporated.

Then add salt, coriander powder, turmeric and chilli powder. Cook for a minute then add tomatoes.

Add yogurt in chicken cook for 2 minutes then add fried palak. Bhoonify for 5 minutes.

At last add milk and cook in high flame for few minutes then give dum for 5 minutes.

Tasty palak chicken is ready to serve.
