I was chosen as a tester for Ebara brand's sauce, so I used it to enhance a dish I always make for drinking parties.

You don't have to use sesame oil, but it adds a delicious flavor.
For the vegetables, cabbage, onions, and lettuce are also delicious.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsPork offcuts (thin slices also OK)
  2. 1 bunchGarlic shoots (or onions, etc)
  3. 2 1/2- 3 tablespoons Ebara Yakiniku Sauce
  4. 1 dashSesame oil
  5. 1Onions or sesame (if you have, decorative)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the garlic shoots and cut into 4 cm.

    Fry the pork in a heated frying pan.

    Once the pork has browned, add garlic shoots and saute.

    Once the shoots have a lightly cooked color, add the sauce. Finish with a bit of sesame oil and it's complete.

    Also nice with sliced onions and sesame as a topping.

    I tried making this with beef and chives. Green onions, onions, and cabbage are also delicious.
