Ingredients

6-7 servings
  • 1 kgQeema
  • 1 tblsGinger paste
  • 1 tblsGarlic paste
  • 1 cupgrated louki blanched
  • 1 cupsliced onions
  • 1 cupchopped tomatoes
  • 2 cupboiled daal chana
  • 1 tblschilli powder
  • 2 tblscoriander powder
  • 1/2 tesp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tesp zeera powder
  • Green chillies
  • Fresh coriander
  • 1small onions slices
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tesp cumin seeds
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok add oil, sliced onions, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and qeema. Add 2 cups of water and cook until done.

  2. 2

    When qeema is done then add lauki and boiled chana daal and all spices.

  3. 3

    Cook on high flame till oil comes out now cover for 10 minutes on low flame.

  4. 4

    In a fry pan add oil and brown the onions, then add cumin seeds, green chillies and coriander leaves and pour this tarka on the daal.

  5. 5

    Tasty louki qeema daal fry is ready to serve.
