Soak kidney beans for whole night

Firstly boil kidney beans. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes

Make a paste of ginger,garlic,onion, tomatoes and green chillies

Take a pan add oil hing, jeera, turmeric powder, paste, Coriander powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder

Cook for 1- 2 minutes

Masala is ready now mix boiled kidney beans into it. Mix well add garam masala, kasuri maithi, coriander leaves

Cover the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Kidney beans is ready to serve
