  • as requiredOil for tempering
  • 2cloves
  • 1small cinnamon stick
  • as required Hing
  • as requriedMustard seeds
  • as per taste Salt to taste
  • 2kokam slice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2Red chilli pwdr
  • 1turmeric powder
  • 1dhanajeera powder
  • 3-4garlic crushed

    Pressure cook Dudhi and chanadal

    Take a kadhi. Put oil. Then add mustard seed. Long. Dalchinni, Hing.
