Take all the flour in a bowl. Add grated lauki, spices, green chili (chopped), carom seeds, garlic(chopped), lemon juice, sugar, salt, and red chili powder.

Mix all the ingredients and prepare the dough. Shape them round cylindrical and steam them for 30 mins.

Allow them to cool n cut them into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add sesame and mustard seeds, and the mukhiya pieces.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with curry or tea.
