Take a pan add 1 tsp oil add whole spices,saute few seconds add onion slices saute when they turn translucent add whole red chilli, ginger,garlic and tomatoes. Add 1/2 tsp salt mix well.add 1/2 cup of water cover and cook for 6-7 minutes or until they turn soft.keep aside and let them cool.

Now take the cooked mixture in a grinding jar and grind them and make a smooth paste

In a kadhai add oil, heat it turn the flame low add kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder and little salt.take boiled egg make cut mark from knife in the egg shown as in pic. Then add the egg into hot oil and fry the eggs on high flame till golden in colour.transfer in a plate

In the same oil fry potatoes' cubes until golden transfer in a plate. Turn the flame low in the same oil,add coriander powder and saute on low flame then add red chilli powder mix and add the onion tomato paste cook on medium flame until the oil release.

Now add potatoes in and add half cup of water.mix well cover and cook on medium flame until the potatoes turn soft.now add fry eggs mix them and add water as desired consistency.

Now add garam masala powder and give a boil turn off the flame.garnish with malai and coriander leaves then serve with roti or rice.
