Cut bottle gourd to small cubes and pressure cook. Make a paste of coconut, green chillies, ginger and cumin seeds. You can add 1tsp pepper too.

Take curd in a vessel add turmeric, rice flour or besan. Add ground paste and whisk. Take a Kadai and add mustard seeds and chana dal and hing and saute till they splutter

Add the curd and seasoning to the cooked bottlegourd and let it boil for few min. Add curry leaves and salt. Once it becomes thick switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
