Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 500 gmsfinely chopped Palak
  • 1 cupMoong dal without husk
  • 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 8-10chopped or crushed garlic
  • 1 pinchasfoitida
  • As per taste Salt
  • as requriedOil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add garlic and asafoetida.

    Once garlic loses it's raw taste, add soaked Moong dal, salt and red chilli powder.

  3. 3

    Daal will cook. Open and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Cover it with chopped spinach. Cover the pan and cook it on low flame.

    Serve hot with Roti.
