Ingredients

  • 250ground chicken
  • 2 blockstofu
  • Black pepper
  • Minced garlic and shallots

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade chicken with soy and a little.bit flour for 15 mins.

  2. 2

    Heat pan and sautee garlic and onion until aromatic then add chicken.Stir fry until golden brown add a little water.Simmer until meat is cook.Add tofu gently mix and simmer.Season soy acvording to your taste
