Ingredients

8to 10 Chicken wings
1Salt
1Pepper
1Vegetable oil
The sauce ingredients:
3 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspSake
2 tbspSugar
1 tbspMirin
1and 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Steps

Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.

Mix the sauce ingredients well.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and brown the chicken wings. Cover the pan and steam.

When the chicken wings are cooked, add the sauce and boil it down. Toss chicken wings and the sauce well.
