An Easy Breakfast Rice Bowl: Wiener Sausage, Green Onion and Egg

I wanted to come up with a rice bowl recipe that would work for breakfast.
Cut the sausages and Japanese leek or green onion on the diagonal so that they'll cook quickly.
This is cooked in no time so take care not to overcook it.
I used breakfast wiener sausages from Glico and mentsuyu sauce from Mizkan. For 2 servings. Recipe by hitkat
