Ingredients

  • 500 gmeat cut up into small slices
  • 1onion cut into thin slices
  • 3small tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoonsvinegar
  • 3 tablespoonsred wine
  • 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoonshawarma spices (mix available in the market)
  • cinnamon

    Soak the meat slices with all the other ingredients at least for an hour, preferably more

  2. 2

    Place in an oven tray or pyrex and cook in the oven on medium heat. Make sure to mix when it starts to boil. Wait until the meat is well-cooked and your dish will be ready!
