  1. 500 gmeat cut up into small slices
  2. 1onion cut into thin slices
  3. 3small tomatoes
  4. 2 tablespoonsvinegar
  5. 3 tablespoonsred wine
  6. 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  7. 1/2 teaspoonsalt or to taste
  8. 1/2 teaspoonshawarma spices (mix available in the market)
  9. cinnamon

    Soak the meat slices with all the other ingredients at least for an hour, preferably more

  2. 2

    Place in an oven tray or pyrex and cook in the oven on medium heat. Make sure to mix when it starts to boil. Wait until the meat is well-cooked and your dish will be ready!
