Toast the tapioca flour for dusting over low heat until cooked (the flour will become light and start to float from the pan).

Mix the remaining ingredients except for the butter, then cook over low heat until the mixture pulls away from the pan.

Knead the cooked dough with butter until the butter is fully absorbed, about 5 minutes.

Place the kneaded dough on the dusting flour and divide it into 4 portions.

Wrap the strawberries completely with red bean paste, then wrap again with the divided dough. And it's done!
