Steps

Peel the skin of the bottle gourd and grate them.

In a kadhai add ghee and saute bottle gourd for 5-7 mins on low flame.

Then add milk and let the bottle gourd boil in milk for 10 mins or until the bottle gourd is cooked nicely.

Once cooked add sugar and mix well.

In a cup add half a cup of milk and add milk powder and custard powder in it and make a smooth paste.

When sugar is completely dissolved add this paste and mix well and give it a boil.

Lastly add cardamom powder, few drops of food colour and dry fruits powder. Mix well and switch off the flame.

Garnish with Dryfruits and serve chilled.
