I love Pulled pork you can cook it many different ways. This is Chicken ( i used breast but skinless and boneless thighs would be better) works the same easy to pull apart and it's so good. Add other ingredients to change the flavour this time I have used Dr Peppa drink and Garlic, BBQ Seasoning. I have made this before its lovely. Add your favourite BBQ Sauce at the finish when you have shredded the chicken mix in and Enjoy. Also its lovely cooked with Brisket beef( pulled Beef )

Slice the chicken and lay in the slow cooker pot

Next sprinkle over the BBQ Seasoning

Next add the garlic. Then the Dr Peppa

Add the pepper and add the lid and set on high for 4 hours
- 6
When its soft and cooked drain off the excess fluid just leave a tiny amount. And add to a bowl.

With Two forks pull apart the chicken into shreds. Next add your BBQ Sauce. I used a smokey Sauce. And mix in using the two forks.

Add to a serving dish and warm before serving. On a sandwich, french stick or in a wrap or on the side with french fries or salad.
