Steps

Take a bowl. Add lauki,besan and spices and mix well. Add sufficient water if needed.

Take a pan. Add oil in it. Fry these lauki pakoda until golden brown

Take pan. Add oil. Add onion, ginger garlic paste and saute well

Add tomato and spices. Mix well

Add 2 glass of water and bring it to a boil

Add kofta in it. Boil well.

Its ready. Serve with chapati.
