Take oil in a wok,heat it add mustard seeds,add grated ginger and curry leaves.Add chopped green chillies and onions.Saute till translucent.

Add turmericpowder,chilli powder and mashed boiled potatoes and boiled peas..Add both the salt,garam masala and lemon juice.saute till thoroughly fried.Once nicely done add coriander chopped.Keep aside.

Now take maida add oil for moin and mix it well.Add salt and knead it to a tough dough like poories.Dough should not be like chapatis.

Make a lijam or slurry of water and a spoon of maida to stick the sides of samosas.
Now take a ball of dough roll into a circle and cut into two semicircle.take one semicircle make a cone and fill it with the potatoes peas mixture.Give a shape of samosas and stick the ends with slurry

Now heat the oil in a wok to medium hot and fry the samosas to golden brown.

Fry the green chillies to and sprinkle salt before serving with samosas.
