Today I made Honey Chili Potato for the first time. It turned out very delicious and the kids loved it.

First, toss the cut potatoes with all-purpose flour until well coated. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the potatoes over high heat until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside on a plate.

In a separate pan, heat 1 teaspoon oil and add the sesame seeds. Sauté briefly, then add the chopped onions, bell pepper, and half of the chopped garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the soy sauce, green chili sauce, and tomato ketchup. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 1/2 cup water until smooth, then add to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the honey and mix well. Add the fried potatoes and toss to coat evenly. Turn off the heat.

Your Honey Chili Potato is ready. Serve hot on a plate, garnished with the remaining chopped garlic. Kids especially enjoy this dish.
