Thinking of those who don't like meat but still enjoy crispy tacos, this is the perfect recipe!

Boil the hibiscus flowers in the water, then let cool.

Strain the hibiscus and transfer to a hot skillet with oil. Season to taste.

Once the hibiscus is ready, place a little on each tortilla.

Roll up each tortilla into a taco shape and secure with a toothpick.

Fry the tacos in a skillet with hot oil until crispy.

Once fried, place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.

After removing excess oil, serve on a plate and enjoy with guacamole, refried beans, or your favorite sauce.
