Raclette Cheese Turkey Cordon Bleu

Wrap each turkey cutlet in plastic wrap. Use a rolling pin to pound the cutlet until thin.

Place half a slice of turkey ham on the cutlet, then add the raclette cheese and the other half of the turkey ham.

Fold the cutlet to enclose the filling completely.
- 4
Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs. For a thicker crust, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating a second time.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes, or cook in a skillet if you prefer.
