I love garlic. I made this because I wanted to enjoy a simple, delicious dish made with garlic.
There aren't really any hints! It's really easy, so please try it.
If you don't have shiso leaves, pickled red ginger is also refreshing and delicious with this fried rice. Recipe by Akippe

Steps
- 1
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until golden brown.
- 2
After the garlic has become golden brown, remove it to a plate.
- 3
Stir-fry the rice in the olive oil that the garlic was cooked in. Add the salt, pepper, and Chinese soup stock granules and continue to stir-fry.
- 4
Return the garlic to the pan and stir-fry until everything is mixed well. Add the soy sauce directly to the surface of the pan.
- 5
When the soy sauce is pleasantly fragrant, pile the chopped shiso leaves on top and it's done!
