Wild yam (Huai shan) is known to strengthen one's immune system. White fungus moistens our respiratory tracts & lily bulb is good in relieving cough.
Steps

Boil 3-4 liters of water in pot. (Using La gourmet 7 liters thermal pot)

Blanch pork & add into the pot of boiling water.

Remove the skin of the wild yam & cut it into smaller pieces.

Soak the white fungus & mushrooms. They will expand. Remove the unwanted stalks. Wash them clean.

Rinse all the herbs, scallops, mushrooms & chopped wild yam. Put them all into the pot of boiling water. Bring to boil.

Placed the la gourmet inner thermal pot (with all the ingredients) into the outer pot. Let it cook for 4-5 hours.

Add salt to taste before serving. Done. For health & beauty!
