Ingredients

  1. 1 poundlean ground beef
  2. 1/2 cupseasoned bread crumbs
  3. 1medium onion, grated
  4. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1 tsppepper
  7. 1low sodium, high quality beef bullion cube, crushed
  8. 2 tspeach: onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
  9. 2 TbsWorcestershire sauce
  10. 1egg
  11. 1/3 cupmilk (I used cashew)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 400°

    Line large baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick pan spray

  3. 3

    In large bowl mix beef, onion, crumbs and seasonings

  4. 4

    Add Worcestershire sauce, egg and milk

  5. 5

    Mix thoroughly

  6. 6

    Using a #20 scoop, scoop out meatballs and roll between your hands to form. Makes about 12.

    Place on baking sheet.

    Bake 20-30 minutes

    Serve in your favorite pasta sauce. I pair these with my crock pot lasagna.

    The bullion cube is the secret ingredient that makes these meatballs really stand out.

    This recipe also makes a great meatloaf. Top with pasta sauce. Bake 45-60 minutes
