Take lukewarm water in bowl add granulated sugar n yeast. Cover with plate keep it aside for 10min.

Now Take maida in a paraat adf sugar powder milk 1.5tbsp oil salt n yeast water mix well n knead a dough. Apply oil Cover with lid n keep a side for 1/2hr.to 45min.for 1st proofing

Now take a dough on a table not to disturb just spread dough on table nremove air spread oil on a palm n knead a dough till it smooth n soft.Now roll thick roti n cut into heart shape cut round from middle with nozzle.N keep 1/2for 2nd proofing.

Now fry on slow flame.let it cool on room temp.Now fill crush in injection siringe n inject 4-5place one one by crush on doughnuts.

Now mix white chocolate n cream in a bowl n. Melt in a micro. Mix well. Chocolate glaze is ready.dip all doughnuts in a white chocolate glaze.Take all gel colour in a plate N dip in a gel colour plate. (I used pink colour in strawberry crush doughnuts.orange colour in orange crush. Blue colour in citrus blue n yellow colour in pineapple crush.)

Set on a tray. Garnish with silver balls n serve. Yummy Attractive doughnuts aur ready to serve.
