Take bajra flour & besan in a mixing bowl. Add turmeric powder, sugar, carrom seeds,red chili powder, garam masala, ginger,cumin coriander powder, curd, methi leaves. Mix all properly.

Make a dough. Not so much thick or thin but medium

Make flat tikkis

Apply sesame seeds as shown in picture

Heat oil in pan. After it's heated, fry vada

After frying keep it on tissue paper so that excess oil will be absorbed. Serve hot with souce or pudina chutney.
