3 cup Rice and 1 cup urad dal 1tbsp fenugreek seeds add water leave it 6 to 8 hours and after grind them.

After you grind them leave it overnight next day add 1tbsp salt.

Take a tawa and make dosa.

For Masala 5 big boiled potato and 2 big cut onion, chili

Take a pan and put oil add 1tbsp urad dal,2 whole red dry chili, 1tsp mustard seed and 6 to 8 curry leaves after add cut onion and 8 small green chili then put salt 1tbsp, 1/2tsp turmeric powder and mix well until onion turn pink. Add boiled potato and mix.

After 10 min Masala is ready add fresh coriander leaves.
