Cut tofu to small cubes and soak it in soy sauce for 20 minutes. Meanwhile start cooking vegetables.

Pour a little of sesame oil into a wok pan and cook frozen vegetables a little. When all vegetables are separated and starting to be soft, add soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix it well and cook until everything is soft.

Put aside vegetables and prepare scrambled eggs with sesame oil, salt and pepper. Mix it with vegetables. Then cook tofu with remaining soy sauce (from soaking) and sesame oil. Add vegetables and eggs, mix everything together and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve and enjoy 😋
