Marinade instructions: mix together soy sauce, water, brown sugar, molasses. Bring to boil, remove from heat n let cool. Pour into 13x9 glass baking dish. Arrange 2 in. cut pork chops on sauce (turn over) Let marinate overnight (cover with foil) Next morning turn chops over, marinate all day. Drain marinade (save) cover with foil n bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hrs.

Drain fat from pork chops spread sauce over chops n bake another 30 mins uncovered.

Instructions for Sauce: Mix together and bring to slight boil. Note: marinade and sauce can be reused if stored in freezer.
