Ingredients

1 canblack beans
1 cantomato soup
1 candiced tomatoes or 2 cups fresh
2water
2 cupschicken chopped or shredded
1 tspcrushed red peppers
1 tbschili powder
1 cupinstant rice not cooked
1large onion chopped

Steps

1

Add water to pot and cook chicken until no longer pink inside.

Remove chicken and chop or shred

Add all remaining ingredients except rice and cook til onions are soft.

Add chicken and uncooked rice. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes. When rice is soft it is done.
