Chicken Salad Sandwich

Boil and shred chicken to pieces

Finely chop onion, capsicum and cabbage.

Add the chopped vegetables and shredded chicken to a bowl. Add 4-5 tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Add salt and black pepper as per taste. Add 2-3 tablespoons of dried oregano (add more as per taste). Mix well.

Fill the mixture inside 2 bread slices. Add butter to the pan and toast the sandwich till light brown on both sides. Enjoy your healthy meal.
