1/2 packetSpeghetti pasta
4 cupsWater
2 tspOlive oil
1 cupmix vegetable (sweet Corn, broccoli,tomatoes)
2 tspGinger garlic paste /chopped ginger garlic

Take the water in big vessel.keep it on the gas to get hot. Add the speghetti without breaking it.

Wash and cut the tomatoes into half. Take a kadai add 2 tbsp of oil.Add garlic and ginger. Mix well until golden brown.Add tomato and 3/2 tbsp of salt. Cover with lid and cook well.

Add the corn and broccoli.Cover with lid. Let it cook.When the speghetti is soft strain it and add olive oil.Saute well.

When vegetables are soft add the speghetti to the kadai. Add chilli flakes and origano.Add cheese.Mix lightly.Serve it in a serving dish.
