Salt as required

2Egg white
1 tbsCorn flour
1 tbsSoya sauce
1 tbsVinegar
1 tbsChilli sauce

Boil chicken for 15 min add salt black pepper

Separate chicken and shredded

Add in stock add sauces

Add corn flour mixture to make thick

At end add egg white and mix gently. Serve and enjoy
