  • 250 grmChicken
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 2Egg white
  • 1 tbsCorn flour
  • 1 tbsSoya sauce
  • 1 tbsVinegar
  • 1 tbsChilli sauce

Steps

30 min
  1. 1

    Boil chicken for 15 min add salt black pepper

  2. 2

    Separate chicken and shredded

  3. 3

    Add in stock add sauces

  4. 4

    Add corn flour mixture to make thick

  5. 5

    At end add egg white and mix gently. Serve and enjoy
