  1. 2 sliceSliced bread
  2. 1Egg
  3. 1 tbspSugar
  4. 200 mlMilk
  5. 20 gramsButter or margarine
  6. 1Maple syrup
  7. 1Powdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the bread into four pieces each.

  2. 2

    Mix the milk and egg together. Soak the bread in the mixture for 5 -10 minutes.

    Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each side of the bread until golden brown as in the picture.

    Top with powdered sugar and maple syrup. Enjoy!
