Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add diagonally sliced leek and rice cakes cut into eighths, cover with a lid, then cook for 5 minutes on medium-low heat.

The rice cakes should become soft and the leeks should brown a little.

Add bonito flakes and soy sauce, then it's ready to serve! Don't forget to turn off the heat!
