1/2 bunchCauliflower
1Mentaiko
30 gramsMayonnaise

Wash the cauliflower well, cut into small pieces, and microwave. You could add broccoli.

Mash the mentaiko in a plastic bag, remove the membrane, and combine with mayonnaise. Cut a corner of the bag to make an icing bag. Lay the cauliflower in a heatproof dish, and squeeze the mixture on top.

Bake in the oven at 250℃/482℉ until golden brown, and it's done.
